BiruwaPasa is an ecommerce platform based in Nepal that sells a wide variety of plants (seasonal flowers, succulents, perennials, water plants, fruit trees, herbs, and religiously significant plants), as well as gardening essentials including fertilizers, pots, tools, and decorative furniture.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Platform. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement. Minors must use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

All products listed on BiruwaPasa are subject to availability. Because we deal in live plants, stock may vary seasonally. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions at any time without notice.
All prices on the Platform are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept:
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD acknowledgment. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing due to technical errors.
Once an order is placed, you may cancel it within 2 hours by contacting our support team, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Orders for live plants that have already been prepared for dispatch cannot be cancelled. For cancellation requests, contact support@biruwapasa.com or use the app.
Delivery timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. BiruwaPasa is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, natural disasters, or carrier failures.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to those terms. We do not guarantee refunds for natural plant death due to improper care after delivery.
All content on the BiruwaPasa Platform — including logos, images, text, plant care guides, graphics, and software — is the property of BiruwaPasa or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

The Platform and all products are provided "as is." BiruwaPasa makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of product descriptions or the suitability of plants for your specific climate or growing conditions. Plant care success depends on the buyer's effort and environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BiruwaPasa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
