Because we deal with living plants, timely and careful delivery is our top priority. By placing an order on biruwapasa.com or our mobile app, you agree to the terms of this shipping policy.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Sunday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 PM may be processed the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation and a dispatch notification via email or app notification.

Despite our best efforts, minor leaf drop or transplant stress may occur during shipping — this is natural and plants typically recover within a few days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update via the BiruwaPasa app or via SMS/email. You can also check your order status from the "My Orders" section in your account. For queries, contact our support team.
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the order, our delivery partner will contact you and attempt re-delivery the next business day. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and the product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@biruwapasa.com or through the app. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our Return & Refund Policy.
